With a standard rate charged by our couriers, we charge $14.5 flat rate delivery (nationwide) for all the orders valued below $175 incl. GST. We offer free shipping when ordering $225 and over (nationwide) .
For bulk orders of alcohol based sanitisers (inflammable dangerous goods), we will organise the delivery with Pan Logistics, TNT or Connect Transport . If you have an existing account with TNT, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your TNT account number.
Delivery estimate is 1-2 working days for Melbourne, 3-4 working days for regional Victoria and 2-3 business days to Adelaide, Sydney & Brisbane Metro. Normally, it will take 5 to 7 business days to Perth, Darwin, Hobart and other regional areas outside of Victoria. You will receive a delivery notification from our staff by email with the tracking number included.
Notice: We have already got rid of AUS POST which has been running too slow during the pandemic. Our couriers are still running as normal under Stage 4 restriction. If you don’t receive your order within 7 days, please send an email to email@example.com or directly ring 0416 892 668. We will help you chase up ASAP.
All deliveries are shipped the same day for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Saturday – Please note we do not despatch any parcels on Sundays or Victorian Public Holidays. All of our delivery services require a signature as proof of delivery in all cases regardless of cost so please ensure that a person will be available to sign, you may wish to consider delivering to a work address etc. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays. However, in the event of any delay you will be immediately contacted and offered another time for delivery or a full refund.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: For orders shipped to physical addresses in Australia GST of 10% is applied – however the receiving entity will be responsible for any tax or customs liability or delay7ordering $225 and over
Important – Before returning an item – you must obtain from Sanitiseroo a Returns Authorisation Number. This must be then clearly marked on the front of the returning parcel – This helps us speedily sort and process the return.
If you wish to return any item, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your invoice number on any correspondence. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept for return any items of a personal nature including sterile or sanitory sensitive goods. For example (and not limited to): Nebulisers, stethoscopes, or commodes – phone us for details on a specific product. This does not affect your statutory rights. (You may be responsible for your own postage and packing costs – for goods ordered in error)
Cancellation of undelivered orders:
You may cancel any orders not despatched without giving a reason
Faulty goods under warranty:
In the first instance – contact Sanitiseroo via firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns authorisation number. We will then arrange for return of the product. At Sanitiseroo’s discretion we will arrange for repair, refund or credit to your account.
Sanitiseroo will not accept the return of goods delivered in accordance with a customers order unless a director of the company (Sanitiseroo) has agreed in writing to accept the return – this shall not constitute any admission on the part of Sanitiseroo. If the company (Sanitiseroo) has so agreed the goods shall be returned at the risk and expense of the customer and must be delivered to Sanitiseroo in perfect condition. In addition Sanitiseroo currently charges a restocking administration fee. This fee is currently 20% of the total of the goods returned.
